Arlene Brosas, Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT) partylist Rep. France Castro, at Kabataan partylist Rep. Raoul Manuel.

“This wage increase prescribed in this Act shall apply to all workers and employees in the private sector, whether agricultural or non-agricultural, plantation-based or non-plantation-based, including those employed in Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and Freeport Zones, regardless of their position, designation or status, and irrespective of the method by which their wages are being paid,” ayon sa panukalang inihain ng Makabayan bloc.
