Ipapatupad ang compressed workweek sa mga opisina at ahensyang sakop ng Cavite Provincial Government simula Lunes, Abril 29, alinsunod sa Executive Order No. 19, Series of 2024.
Ayon sa EO, mababawasan ng isang araw ang trabaho ng mga empleyado na magsisimula ng Lunes hanggang Huwebes simula 7:00 ng umaga hanggang 6:00 ng gabi bunsod ng patuloy na nararanasang init.
“Reducing the exposure to the extreme heat may mitigate its harmful effects on the individuals transacting with the Provincial Government, as well as on the health and productivity of its employees and officials,” base sa naturang EO.
Samantala, hindi kabilang sa nasabing compressed workweek ang mga nagtatrabaho sa mga opisina tulad ng Office of the Provincial Health, lahat ng supervised hospitals, Cavite Provincial Jail, Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, Cavite Office of Public Safety, Road Safety Division, Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office, at Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office.
Magtatagal ang naturang compressed workweek hanggang Hulyo 31, 2024.
