TINGNAN: Narito ang listahan ng mga dokumentong kailangang dalhin kapag maghahatid ang non-APOR ng essential workers.

Isinailalim sa Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) ang Cavite kasama ang iba pang probinsya simula Agosto 6 hanggang 15, 2021, ayon kay Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque.
Idineklara naman ang Enhanced Community Qurantine (ECQ) sa Laguna, Iloilo City at Cagayan de Oro kasama ang Metro Manila.
Bunsod nito, pinagbabawal sa ECQ at MECQ ang mga sumusunod:
- Lottery
- Horse Racing
- Indoor Sports Courts and Venues
- Entertainment Venues (Bars, Concert Halls, Theatre, etc)
- Recreational Venues (Internet Cafes, Billiards, Arcades, etc)
- Amusement Parks, Fairs, Playgrounds, Kiddie Rides
- Traditional Cockfighting and Cockpits
- Personal Cares Services (Salons, Parlors, Beauty Clinics, etc)
- Specialized Markets of the DOT (Staycation/ DOT-Accredited Accomodations)
- Indoor Tourist Attractions
- Venues for meetings, conferences, exhibiting
- Indoor Dining
Samantala, pinapayagan naman sa ECQ at MECQ areas ang pag-eehersisyo sa labas ngunit sa lugar lamang ng nasasakupan ng residente o ng barangay.
Dagdag pa rito, pinapayagan rin sa MECQ ang 50 porsyentong kapasidad para sa outdoor dining o al fresco at 10 porsyento hanggang 30 porsyento kapasidad para sa pagsasagawa ng mga relihiyosong pagtitipon.
Tanging ang mga authorized persons outside of residence (APOR) lamang ang mga pinahihintulutang lumabas sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim ng ECQ at MECQ,
Nauna na ring inanunsyo ni PNP Chief Gen. Guillermo Eleazar na pinapayagan rin ang mga non-APOR drivers na maghatid at magsundo sa mga APOR ngunit kinakailangang magdala ng mga dokumento tulad ng:
- Certificate of employment of worker APOR released by the company with:
- Name of designated non-APOR driver/fetcher
- Plate number and description of vehicle to be used
- Contact number of employer
- Copy of business permit of the employer.
Samantala, General Community Quarantine (GCQ) naman sa Batangas at probinsya ng Quezon.
