Nahulihan ang mga suspek ng shabu at drug paraphernalia, at napag-alaman din na sila ay mga overstaying aliens. Nahaharap sila sa iba’t ibang kaso, kabilang ang paglabag sa immigration laws at illegal drugs. Patuloy ang imbestigasyon upang matukoy ang iba pang sangkot sa krimen.

Arestado ang tatlong Chinese nationals sa isang operasyon na isinagawa ng Bureau of Immigration (BI) katuwang ang Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA). Ang mga suspek ay nahuli dahil sa pagkakasangkot umano sa ilegal na droga at human trafficking.

Kinilala ang mga suspek na sina Jin Tian, 26 taong gulang; Sun Yong, 36; at Liu Zhinwei, 33. Nahuli ang tatlo sa General Trias, Cavite, habang may dalang hinihinalang shabu at mga drug paraphernalia.

Sa isinagawang imbestigasyon, natuklasan na ang mga dayuhan ay mga overstaying aliens at walang maipakitang wastong dokumento mula sa Bureau of Immigration. Dagdag pa rito, napag-alaman din na may dalawang active derogatory records ang isa sa mga suspek kaugnay ng dating kaso sa imigrasyon dahil sa labis na pananatili sa bansa.

Inilipat na sa BI Detention Facility ang dalawang suspek, habang nananatili naman sa kustodiya ng PDEA ang isa upang harapin ang kasong may kaugnayan sa ilegal na droga. Ayon sa mga awtoridad, patuloy ang imbestigasyon upang tukuyin kung may mas malawak pang grupo na sangkot sa parehong krimen.
