After months of continuous storytelling in the digital space, Kwentuhan sa Plaza is finally back!

The face-to-face storytelling program took place in the city’s public plaza in Barangay Poblacion 1-C and was hosted by Imus City First Lady Jelyn Maliksi last March 9.

This program is an initiative of the Imus Public Library to entertain and educate Imuseno children even before the COVID-19 pandemic.

Around 100 children attended and was entertained by the event. There were also fun and engaging activities for them.

The Imus Public Library, in collaboration with the Imus City parks, the local government unit, and the Historical Sites Administration unit, also gave the kids toys as souvenirs, while mascots showed up for a more enjoyable experience.

Moreover, the Imus City Public Library also conducted a Library orientation and webinar to reach out the community per barangays.
