LIST: Areas in Cavite affected by Meralco rotational brownout on June 2

Here is a list of areas in Cavite that may experience rotational brownouts on Tuesday, June 2 according to the country’s largest power distributor Meralco.

Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) released a list of areas in Cavite and nearby provinces that may experience power interruptions on Tuesday.

The rotational brownout came after the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) placed the Luzon grid under red and yellow alerts due to low power supply.

According to NGCP, red alert status is in place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., while yellow alert is raised from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and will remain from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and then 10 p.m. to 12 a.m.
