Mysteries inside the New Bilibid Prison continue, as Justice Secretary Boying Remulla revealed that he had a conversation with suspended Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) chief Gerald Bantag, with the latter saying the deep excavation inside the insular prison was intended for “treasure hunting.”
