In partnership with the Embassy of the United States of America, this scholarship is implemented for the Filipino teachers in higher education to study at the graduate level (master’s or doctoral studies) or pursue non-degree doctoral enrichment or doctoral dissertation research in the United States.

The scholarship covers non-academic fees, monthly allowance, airfare, settling-in allowance, books and supplies allowance, in-transit allowance, health and accident insurance, tuition, and other funds approximately amounting to P3.9 million for 2 years.

The scholars must fulfill a return of service through teaching or research upon completion of the grant.

The Fullbright program is one of the most widely recognized and prestigious scholarships in the world which was founded by the United States, Senator William Fullbright.

This was signed in the Philippines last 2020 to boost student and faculty mobility in various fields and facilitate alternating missions to the country and US for higher education executives and stakeholders.
