The Local Government Unit of Noveleta in partnership with the Rural Health Unit launched a door-to-door vaccination drive shot for senior citizens and bedridden individuals last July 19.

Vaccination teams were designated to roam around 16 barangays in the municipality and make sure those who can’t go out would still get their jabs.

“So that it will not be difficult for them to bring their senior citizens and bed-ridden loved ones to the vaccination site,” Mayor Dino Chua said.

“Please contact our Municipal Health Office or the vaccination hub so that those who want to be vaccinated can be reached immediately,” Chua added.

Meanwhile, the vaccination drive in Noveleta is still available for the rest of the population and is located at Primark Mall, Brgy. Magdiwang every Monday and Thursday, from 9 a.m to 3 p.m.

The Department of Health also reminds the public to wear facemasks, sanitize, and get vaccinated because COVID-19 still exists, even relaxed in many restrictions.
