Three Cavite district representatives were named among the top performing lawmakers in Region IV-A Calabarzon in the RP-Mission and Development Foundation, Inc. year-end survey (RPMD).
According to their study which was conducted from November 27 to December 2, 2022, Cavite First District Rep. Jolo Revilla had the best performance in the region, scoring 95 percent to take the top rank.
Eighth District Rep. Aniela Tolentino came in fifth, followed by 5th District Rep. Atty. Roy M. Loyola in sixth, with 84 percent and 82 percent, respectively.

Both Revilla and Toletino are neophyte legislators from well-known political families in Cavite. Meanwhile, Loyola has been a long-standing and prominent politician in the province’s Eastern towns.
In the same survey, it also showed that President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. (92%) and Vice President Sara Duterte (90%) received high marks for their performance in the region.
This RMPD “Boses ng Bayan” poll is an independent, non-commissioned nationwide survey per district in every region with a total of 10,000 respondents who were asked, “Do you approve or disapprove of the way [name of District Representative] is handling his/her job as Congressman/Congresswoman?”.
