Bacoor LGU sets 4-day workweek to reduce electric, water consumption

The City Government of Bacoor will be implementing a four-day compressed workweek to “maximize the well-being of the local government employees” during the peak of the summer season starting April 22.

The City Government of Bacoor will be implementing a four-day compressed workweek to “maximize the well-being of the local government employees” during the peak of the summer season starting April 22.

Under the Executive Order No. 92-2024, certain departments will shift to an adjusted work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

According to City Government of Bacoor, it also aims to reduce the electricity and water consumption in the city.

Moreover, the LGU assured that the essential services under the Bacoor Traffic Management Department, Bacoor Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office, Office of the City Health Services, and City Social Welfare and Development Office will maintain their regular work schedule to ensure uninterrupted services.
