A new tertiary institution will soon rise in Cavite City as a ground breaking ceremony was held on Monday for its four-story college building.

Mayor Denver Chua shared a sneak peek of the Cavite City College’s architectural design, which has a total floor area of 1,600 square meters and is located in Seabreeze, Brgy. 28-Taurus.

Chua stated that providing better education to his constituents through the construction of academic institutions is one of his top priorities.

“Layunin naatin na mabigyan ng first-class building, facility, and education ang ating mga Caviteno na hindi na nila kailangan pang bumiyahe palabas ng ating lungsod,” the local chief executive stated on his Facebook post.

He, along with Vice Mayor Raleigh Rusit, led the ceremonial groundbreaking as part of the week-long Cavite City Day celebration.
