President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. described the “very good” satisfaction rating he received in the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) poll as encouraging.

In a video sent by the Presidential Communications Office (PCO), Marcos Jr. was all smiles as he reacted to the results of the survey, showing that 75 percent, or 3 out of 4 adult Filipinos, were satisfied with his performance in the last quarter of 2022.

“I don’t really look at surveys kasi… But it’s always encouraging to know that naunawaan ng tao ‘yung aming ginagawa,” Marcos Jr. said.

“So we will just keep going and keep everybody informed kung ano’ yung aming ginagawa,” he added.

The survey, which was conducted from December 10 to 14, 2022, revealed that Marcos Jr. got the highest net satisfaction rating in Mindanao at an excellent +72, and very good ratings in Balance Luzon (+68), Visayas (+67), and Metro Manila (+65).

Meanwhile, seven percent said that they were dissatisfied with the President’s performance, and 18 percent were still undecided.

The SWS survey was conducted in-person with 1,200 respondents, 300 each from Metro Manila, Balance Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
