Matapos makatanggap ng bomb threat ang Samuel Christian College sa General Trias City, naglabas ng pahayag ang paaralan na wala ng banta nito sa lugar.
“The bomb threat incident has been thoroughly cleared and resolved on the same day the emails were received. The silence of the school yesterday regarding this matter is actually a very loud statement of its commitment to attend first to the concern at hand, accordingly to the needs of the situation, and manage the same responsibly, ethically, and prayerfully, putting utmost importance on the welfare of the people God has entrusted to its care and administration,” ayon sa SCCGTI.
“At around six in the evening, the school was issued a clearance from this bomb threat incident,” ayon pa sa paaralan.
Matatandaang, nakatanggap ng isang email ang kanilang school administrator ukol sa naturang bomb threat na nagpakilalang miyembro ng Hamas.
Bukod pa rito, sinuspinde ng paaralan ang klase upang masiguro ang kaligtasan at nakipag-ugnayan ito sa pulisya.
Nanawagan naman ang paaralan sa mga netizens na huwag nang gumawa ng mga social media posts na maaaaring magdulot ng iba pang mga problema ukol sa insidente.
“In this light, the school manifests that no news reporting entity, or any other party for that matter, has contacted it to verify the facts they haphazardly posted on their social media platforms,” pahayag ng eskwelahan.
