President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcor Jr. has signed two laws namely Republic Act Nos. 12007 and 12008, which provides for the creation of new schools in Bacoor City, Cavite.

In a statement, Marcos approved the two new laws on June 13, 2024.

According to the Presidential Communications Office (PCO), RA 12007 specifies that the “Progressive Senior High School” will be established in Progressive Village 3, Brgy. Bayanan, while RA 12008 will create the “Progressive Elementary School” in Brgy. Molino 2.
