The City Government of Tagaytay ordered the lifting of the liquor ban and curfew hours effective on February 1 to 15, 2022, under Alert Level 2.
This was decided through Executive Order (EO) No. 405, series of 2022 signed by Mayor Agnes Tolentino.
Last January 5, mayor Tolentino imposed a liquor ban and curfew hours from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. in Tagaytay to restrict gatherings and possible transmission of COVID-19 disease.
Meanwhile, establishments in the city are now allowed to operate at a maximum of 50% indoor venue and 70% outdoor capacity.
All workers/employees should be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
However, guest and visitors shall only be allowed to enter the establishments upon the presentation of vaccination cards. They will be denied if they fail to comply.
