Two workers of a company, which is said to operate without a license and sells real properties in Cavite, were arrested during a raid.

This action was taken after 35 customers lodged complaints against the company for not transferring fully paid properties.

Majority of their victims are OFWs, who are now seeking assistance to sue the company for their money.

CIDG-Cavite Chief Benedick Poblete stated that they are currently preparing charges against the company’s CEO, Patricio Ahas, who was not present during the entrapment operation.

The CIDG alleges that the business is lacking in necessary legal documentation to operate and does not possess certification from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development.

The employees who were arrested may face charges of swindling, estafa, and a violation of the Subdivision and Condominium Buyers’ Protective Decree.
