The two lawmakers got an approval rating of 95 percent, enough for them to clinch the top spot.

Prior to becoming a congressman, Revilla served as a barangay captain in Bacoor City and then as vice governor of Cavite for three terms in a row.

Meanwhile, Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla was placed third out of 81 governors in the Philippines, with an approval rating of 89 percent.

Remulla tied with Batangas Gov. Dodo Mandanas, trailing Quirino’s Dax Cua (91 percent), Cebu’s Gwen Garcia, and Ilocos Norte’s Matthew Manotoc (both 90 percent).

According to RPMD’s Dr. Paul Martinez, these public officials who succeeded in “constituent service” and national duty should be honored and commended for their outstanding achievement.

This national performance review poll was conducted from November 27 to December 2, 2022.

Respondents were picked at random, and the number of respondents was dispersed proportionally based on the number of registered voters in each location.
